RASC Kingston Centre Equipment Loan Program
Page Updated: 2010 January 04

The Equipment Loan Program is a Benefit of Membership in the RASC-KC and initially was to provide new members a chance to use equipment that they may not have had. Increasingly over time however, we are adding more intermediate and advanced equipment that even long-term members may not have or be able to buy... but you can certainly try out first if you are looking to purchase!

CONDITIONS OF LOAN

The Equipment is held at the home of the Loan Coordinator: Kevin Kell, just outside of Yarker. Arrangements (like exchanges at Regular meeting, observing sessions, etc) can be made by contacting me by telephone or email kevin (at) starlightcascade (dot) ca

If you have any suggestions for Loan Equipment that you would like to see made to members, please send your suggestions to Kevin as well.
Suggestions received: GPS, shortwave radio for time signals, videocamera (public events, occultations, eclipses), solar telescope (PST or Coronado), 4-6" tracking scope for KAON, faster laptop.
