The Finest NGC Objects Club Page lists those RASC Kingston Centre members who have completed the Finest NGC List and the status of those working towards it.

Kingston Centre Members wishing to apply for this certificate should do the following:

• fill in the Messier Certificate Application Form (available below or from the Observing Chair)
• submit the application along with your observing logs to the Centre Observing Chair. The Chair will check and certify your observations, get a 2nd witness and will return your logs to you and forward your application to the national office for inclusion in the agenda of the next National Council Meeting (3 times/year).
