Doug Angle

Tom Dean

Tom has worked on the ATM group, is the Observing Chair and has been for the last two years, sets up Public Observing and member observing sessions, and is currently the Kingston Centre National Council Representative. Joined January 1996. [ Ref Regulus 2001 Nov-Dec, page 6 Icon ]

Laura Gagné

Laura has been the Vice President for two years, and current President of the Kingston Centre. Is the Education Chair, has done public education seminars, and has prepared along with other Centre members three publications for the use in Education. Joined January 1996. Judith Irwin

Judith has helped at securing rooms within Queen's for the Kingston Centre, has given talks and Queen's observatory tour to Centre Members. She is a great resource for Radio Astronomy and Galactic information. Joined January 1996. [ Ref Regulus 2001 Nov-Dec, page 6 Icon ]

Mark Kaye

Mark has been a member of the Kingston Centre since before 1989, though the books (as of 1998) have him as down as 1996. Mark has helped at many public events, has hosted member events at his observatory, provided very interesting pictures for Education purposes and has done slide duping for the purposes of Eductaion. Ian Levstein

Ian has been the President of the Kingston Centre for a two-year term, plus the secretary before that. He has also helped out at many of the past Astronomy Day events. Joined 1989. [ Ref Regulus 2001 Nov-Dec, page 7 Icon ]

Dave Pianosi

Dave is currently the Awards Committee Chair, which includes work on the Science Fairs, local awards. Dave is also helping along with the Belleville club to organize a members observing weekend. Ray Berg

Ray has been very beneficial to the Kingston Centre and to Astrnomy. Ray has been up to Kingston twice from Indiana, and submits his variable star observations to the AAVSO along with his Solar observing. [ Ref Regulus 2001 Nov-Dec, page 7 Icon ]

Hank Bartlett

Hank is the current Chair of the Youth Group. Which is held twice a month at one of the local high schools. He also looks after the education materials and the fund raising draws held at the Kingston Centre. Hank also participates in the Education aspect of giving talks to schools.
